High Valley is always looking for ways to make things easier and more efficient for our families. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we are switching from ProCare to EzChildTrack as our new childcare management system.
EzChildTrack will allow you to:
✅ Register your child online quickly and easily
✅ Manage your family’s account in one convenient place
✅ Stay up to date on your child’s enrollment and program details
To continue in our programs, we need all families to complete their child’s registration through EzChildTrack.
To register, follow these steps:
Please go to the Parent Portal at https://www.ezchildtrack.com/parentportal/?c=thehvcc&nocache=202508211756035907 and click the green "Sign Up" button and enter your email address to receive a password link.
Then, click the link in your email to set up a password and login for the Parent Portal.
Finally, click the "Register" button next to the School Year 2025-26 (1st Term) program to submit your application today! Be sure to review your information carefully and add any medical information for your child(ren). Please reach out if you need any assistance.
