JOIN US IN A CLUB THAT'S
JUST RIGHT FOR YOU!
HVCC is offering after-school clubs tailored to different interests so that every child feels engaged!

Your child MUST be registered for a club to attend HVCC. If your child is not registered for a club, they will need to call home to be picked up.
​
Space in each club is limited to 10 spots, so register soon! If your child registers for a club and is a no call, no show their first week, we may give their spot to another child who would want the opportunity. If your child chooses not to attend for more than 2 clubs in a row, we may also give their spot to another child who would want the opportunity. If your child's spot is given away, they are still welcome to attend, and we will place them in any club that has space!

DIY GAMES
K-3RD
Build your own game! Kids will have the opportunity to dream up a game of their choosing and brainstorm all the elements, rules and fun twists to make the next family game night a blast!
CUPCAKES 101
3RD + UP
Sweetness galore! Learn all about the art of cupcakes, from creating the perfect taste to making beautifully decorated cupcake tops. Plus...you'll get to taste all of your creations!
POWER HOUR
6TH+
It's all about the gains! Get a workout in and get the energy out! We'll have fun while breaking a sweat. With access to all the HVCC Gym equipment, we'll have a blast being fit together:)
LITTLE PASSPORTS
K-3RD
Explore the world! Kiddos will have the chance to learn all about cultures from around the world, right here from the comfort of HVCC. We'll taste foods, make crafts and expand our horizons!
GRANDMA'S GAMES
3RD+
Straight from your grandma's kitchen table, these games are full of unexpected fun! Dominoes, card games, mancala and more...don't underestimate the entertainment of these all these nostalgic games!

Serve's up! Learn how to play volleyball and how to be a great teammate on the court! We'll go over basic rules before moving on to more advanced techniques. Let the fun begin!

We're not spreading them, but we are learning about them! Join us as we learn all about the gross germs in the world from our very own Rio Grande Hospital Pre-Med student.
JUNIOR DOCTORS
3RD+
Got a future doctor on your hands? Let us teach them young! Our local Pre-Med students will teach kiddos what it means to be a doctor and how to get on the right path to become one!
PARLOR GAMES
6TH+
Like pub games, but for kids...They'll get to learn games such as billiards, air hockey, foosball and more!
DIY ARTS

Let your imagination soar! We'll create beautiful art that can be proudly displayed in each kiddo's home.
PLAYER ONE
4TH+
Gamers unite! Kiddos will get to play a variety of fun co-op games, like Minecraft and Roblox! They'll work together as a team and explore and build their own video game worlds!

Enter into a world of imagination! Ms. Arielle will be exploring storybook worlds with kiddos and teaching them reading comprehension.
FREE PLAY

Pick your game! Kids will have the opportunity to make friends and play to their heart's desire. Structured chaos, if you will!

EDIBLE S.T.R.E.A.M

Science, Technology, Reading, Architecture and Math...all with food! Build structures, conduct science experiments, and more and then enjoy the yumminess afterwards!
CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

Let's go on an adventure! Kids will pick their own adventure story and learn how to think critically to make the best choices along their journey. Who knows what will happen on their adventure?!

Clubs will be held from 10 AM -12 PM.
We will typically take kiddos on field trips from 12-4 PM!
DEL NORTE ADVENTURERS
ALL AGES
Get those feet moving! Kiddos will get the opportunity to walk with their friends and count their steps with an odometer! We'll walk around town and explore our community while practicing healthy habits.
LIFE 101
ALL AGES
The game of Life come to life! Kiddos will learn essential life skills such as cooking, household chores (folded laundry, anyone?) and more!
VOLLEYBALL

SIP + PAINT
ALL AGES
Kick back with a glass of juice and let your imagination go wild on the canvas! Kiddos will get to participate in guided painting sessions and hone their artsy skills.
F.R.E.E. CLUB
6TH+
Fitness, Recreation, Exercise, Encouragement...the F.R.E.E. Club! Kids will get to workout, play games and socialize at the gym.
