Baseball Season 2026

Welcome to the baseball season at HVCC! We are excited to have a T-ball, Coach-Pitch, Fast-Pitch, and Softball team this year!

We want to be clear that schedules will not always be perfect and there may be some inconsistencies, so please watch your messages carefully and ask us if you have questions! We are navigating 4 teams of games and practices in limited spaces as equitably as we can.

"Pre Season": We do not have regular HVCC programming May 18 to May 28.

• No Transportation provided to these practices

• There are also additional practice times to get the season started - we understand you may not be able to make all of practice times and that is okay!

June 2nd to June 25 (Tuesdays - Wednesdays - Thursdays):

• HVCC will transport to practices if kiddos are checked in to HVCC

• Pickup will be at the assigned field

Games:

• Games will start the week of June 1 and run through June 30

• HVCC does not provide transportation to or from games

• Understanding the rules of the games is helpful to understand play time, batting order, etc. You can find the rules on the baseball page!

• T-ball games are Mondays or Wednesdays

• Coach pitch games are Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Fast pitch games are Mondays and Wednesdays

• Softball games are Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays

Practices:

• T-ball will practice at Voss Field on Tuesdays from 4:30 - 5:30

• Coach pitch will practice Mondays and Wednesdays (4:30 - 5:30 once games start)

• Fast pitch will practice Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Del Norte High School Field from 4:30 to 6:00

Gear:

• Jerseys & hat provided

• Baseball pants optional - black shorts, sweats, or pants will work!

• Baseball glove!

• Protective cup for boys in coach and fast pitch

• Cleats or tennis shoes -- No metal cleats!
