Lights on Afterschool @ HVCC

October is a special month in the Out of School Time world. Each year we celebrate Lights on Afterschool – this year it is October 26th. “Launched in October 2000, Lights On Afterschool is the only nationwide event celebrating afterschool programs and their important role in the lives of children, families and communities. The effort has become a hallmark of the afterschool movement and generates media coverage across the country each year.” ~afterschoolalliance.org

We hope you’ll join us at 5:30 as we celebrate everyone that makes what we do possible and worthwhile! We’ll have a great dinner (there will be cannolis.....) and it’s a good chance to learn more about HVCC and Out of School Time programs across the state.
