We have a different, but fun week this week at High Valley!
Tuesday is our only regular program night this week! We will learn some about our birthday boy Benjamin Franklin and about Martin Luther King, Jr. We have some yummy dinner planned and will be making Kinetic sand for our activity.
Wednesday from 5pm-6:45pm the DNHS is hosting "Gift of Reading" and HVCC is excited to be participating. Please pick up your child by 4:45 at HVCC or the school at 6:45. The school will kindly be providing dinner for all of us! This is a great opportunity for High Valley to continue to be more involved with the school and the awesome programs they provide to our children.
Thursday there is no school for elementary students; that means HVCC will have a full program day from 8am-5pm. We have lots of fun activities planned! Remember pick up is 5:00 that evening instead of our usual 6:30.
Friday we are starting back our field trips. This week will be going bowling at Stars and Strikes in Monte Vista. Bus leaves at 10am. Lunch will be provided; however, if the kids want to order food at the café, they can bring their own money and order away!
